Dr. Udo served meritoriously in the Akwa Ibom State Judiciary, where he built an outstanding reputation for integrity, diligence, administrative excellence, and unwavering commitment to justice and professionalism.
Following his successful retirement from the judiciary, Dr. Udo continued his lifelong commitment to knowledge development and human capacity building through academia. He is currently contributing to the advancement of technical and professional education as a lecturer at Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic, where he mentors and inspires the next generation of professionals with wisdom drawn from decades of practical and leadership experience.
As the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Cybersecurity & Artificial Intelligence Professionals, Dr. Udo provides visionary leadership in driving professional excellence, digital innovation, cybersecurity awareness, and artificial intelligence advancement across Africa and beyond. Under his stewardship, ICAIP continues to emerge as a forward-looking institution committed to developing globally competitive professionals equipped for the evolving digital economy.

Iniobong Eyo is a seasoned strategic communications, statistician and institutional development professional currently serving as the Acting Registrar of the Institute of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Professionals (ICAIP). With over a decade of experience spanning enterprise content strategy, digital communications, executive positioning, institutional planning, and growth marketing, he brings a strong blend of administrative leadership, strategic coordination, and global communication expertise to the institute’s mission of advancing cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital capacity development across Africa.
Prior to joining ICAIP, Iniobong built an impressive international portfolio working with leading B2B SaaS and technology companies, including BranchTrack, Appcues, Zendesk, Tipalti, CB Insights, BigCommerce, Kajabi, and Omnisend. His contributions supported more than $3.5 million in revenue generation and content campaigns that reached over five million readers globally through research reports, whitepapers, executive thought leadership content, case studies, and digital growth strategies.
As Registrar of ICAIP, he oversees institutional administration, strategic coordination, records management, stakeholder communication, policy implementation, and organizational operations that support the institute’s long-term growth and governance framework. He strengthens institutional partnerships, improves administrative efficiency, coordinates professional programs, and supports the institute’s vision for cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.

Mr. Oscar Aloysius Ebong is a seasoned academic administrator, education strategist, and technology professional with extensive experience in educational planning, institutional development, academic implementation, Oil and Gas, and ICT-driven learning systems. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the University of Port Harcourt and has established a distinguished career spanning higher education, academic management, institutional governance, and digital transformation.
Mr. Ebong is a PhD Student at Ignatius Ajuru University Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ebong has served in several strategic academic and administrative positions including Head of Department, Director of ICT, Deputy Registrar (Examinations and Records), Registrar/Acting Registrar, and Assistant Lecturer at Topfaith University. His professional experience reflects strong competence in educational administration, curriculum coordination, institutional policy implementation, accreditation support, academic quality assurance, and human capacity development.
He has played active leadership roles in academic boards, management committees, ICT supervision, institutional planning, and educational consultancy services across tertiary institutions in Nigeria. His expertise also covers Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Design, Software Engineering, and educational technology integration.

Mr. Nwisabari Samuel is a seasoned community development, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem growth professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, program management, advocacy, and innovation-driven initiatives across the technology, blockchain, and digital transformation sectors. As the Director of Partnerships & Grant Coordination at the Institute of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Professionals (ICAIP), he provides leadership in developing strategic alliances, securing funding opportunities, coordinating grant initiatives, and fostering collaborative relationships that advance the Institute's mission of promoting excellence in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and professional capacity development.
With a proven track record of building and managing high-impact communities, Mr. Samuel has successfully led stakeholder engagement programs, facilitated multi-sector partnerships, coordinated large-scale events, and supported initiatives that have empowered thousands of professionals, entrepreneurs, and young innovators. His expertise spans partnership development, resource mobilization, community engagement, donor relations, ecosystem building, project coordination, and organizational growth.
Prior to his appointment at ICAIP, he held leadership and advisory roles across prominent technology and innovation organizations, where he championed community expansion, workforce development, blockchain education, and youth empowerment initiatives. His ability to connect institutions, industry leaders, development partners, and emerging talents has consistently delivered measurable impact and sustainable growth.

Mrs. Grace David Inuaeyen serves as a Member of the Governing Board of the Institute of Cybersecurity & Artificial Intelligence Professionals (ICAIP), where she contributes to the institute’s strategic direction, institutional governance, and policy development in advancing cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and professional capacity development across Africa.
With a strong background in administrative leadership, organizational coordination, and stakeholder engagement, she brings valuable insight and professional experience to the Governing Board, supporting ICAIP’s commitment to institutional excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth. Her contributions continue to strengthen the institute’s governance framework and operational effectiveness as ICAIP expands its continental and international impact.
Mrs. Inuaeyen holds a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in English/Political Science from Akwa Ibom State College of Education. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.Sc.Ed.) degree in Educational Management/Political Science from University of Port Harcourt and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational management and Planning at University of Uyo. Her academic background in educational management, planning, and institutional development further strengthens her capacity to contribute meaningfully to policy formulation, professional development initiatives, and organizational growth within ICAIP.
