Engr. Joseph Michael Akpan is a distinguished cybersecurity and mitigation expert, renewable energy executive, humanitarian leader, and development strategist with extensive professional experience spanning the United States and Africa. As a U.S. security clearance holder, he has built a reputable career in cybersecurity policy development, risk mitigation, infrastructure protection, and security systems management, working with leading organizations including Accutech Innovation Control, Johnson Controls, Securitas Technology, and Evergreen Security.
He currently serves as the Executive Director for Social & Economic Development of Africa, where he leads transformative initiatives focused on sustainable development, youth empowerment, strategic international partnerships, and socio-economic advancement across the African continent. In addition, he is the Chief Executive Officer of EcoWheat Solar Farms Ltd, Nigeria, spearheading innovative renewable energy projects, including major solar and battery infrastructure developments aimed at strengthening Africa’s clean energy future.
As the founder and president of the Big Corazon Charity Foundation (BCCF), Engr. Akpan has demonstrated exceptional commitment to humanitarian service, community empowerment, and social impact through support initiatives for youths, widows, and vulnerable families. His leadership influence also extends into governance and public affairs, having actively participated in Nigeria’s political landscape as a former Senate aspirant advocating for transparency, national development, and economic reform.
David Inuaeyen is a distinguished administrator, development-minded professional, and strategic thinker whose career reflects a rare blend of public service experience, academic advancement, technological awareness, and institutional leadership. Born in 1985, he has consistently demonstrated commitment to education, justice, innovation, and national development through both his professional engagements and continuous pursuit of knowledge.
He studied Political Science and Social Studies at Akwa Ibom State College of Education, before advancing his academic pursuits at Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he undertook studies in Political Science as well as Educational Administration and Supervision. In furtherance of his passion for technology and information systems, he also obtained a Diploma in Data Processing and Information Management.
Driven by a strong commitment to professional growth and emerging global realities, David Inuaeyen has participated in several specialized trainings and professional development programmes. Among these are the ICT Training Workshop on Ethical Hacking and Cyber Forensics organized by Knowledge Buffers Learning Academy, India and the National Workshop for Secretaries, Court Registrars, Process Clerks and Bailiffs on Information and Communication Technology organized by National Judicial Institute, Abuja.
